Holm Wick has been the general manager for the past 3 years & has created a hotel with a friendly atmosphere and sound home cooked food. Having left his home country of Germany, he now lives in New Milton. Holm started as a chef and worked in Berlin, Frankfurt & Salisbury. Fifteen years ago Holm moved into management & his experience in hospitality makes him the perfect host for any private or public event.
