Puddings & Cakes

Sarah's Banana and Chocolate Cake

One for the kids!

Ingredients:
4 oz butter
6 oz demerea sugar
2 eggs
2 large or 3 medium very ripe bananas
Handfull of chocolate chips.

Heat oven to 180 or gas mark 4
Grease a 2lb loaf tin
mash up bananas
mix butter and sugar, add eggs
mix with bananas
mix in flour, chocolate chips.

Pour into the tin, bake for 40 mins, then lower to 150 or gas mark 4.

Cool on rack before you munch! Fed 14 small people and 4 big ones!
